Hood Filter Cleaning

There are various ways to ensure hood filters are maintained and clean. From a regular cleaning during services, to filter exchanging and soaking in Champion Cleanings' grease removal formula. In some cases we apply cotton covers for filters used over extreme cooking conditions, we do it all!

Hood Caulking

It is very common for the caulking of hoods to gradually fall apart, this will cause the hood to leak water and grease which can increase the risk of a fire.  It is recommended that as soon as this issue occurs, it is to be fixed as soon as possible.
